1. Also, it seemed like every guest wanted to slam doors as you could hear it, sounds like they were actually winding up and slamming them, not the hotels fault, just poor hotel etiquette from the guests.

2. Beyond the cleanliness issues, the room was in poor condition: its cheap furniture (nightstands and closet/desk unit) was worn and splintered, upholstery on the couch and chair was worn, wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and the walls were scuffed with black streaks.

4. The signage for the hotel is poor and the driveway basically unmarked and hidden and narrow, so it's easy to miss, which is not recommended because Roosevelt Blvd.

7. I must be honest, I had a bad stay at this location in 2003 (dirty, poor service, parties after midnight in the halls) so with some trepidation I tried it again hoping for better.
