2. I called Customer Support to complain and they said gee thanks for the complaint, but did not offer anything in the way of a discount or refund, just an apology for the bad stay.

3. The only complaints I would have is that the controls for the sink and tub were a little confusing, but once figured out weren't a problem, and also the pipes made a very loud pounding sound randomly when the hot water was turned on full.
