4. It would only turn one way and to keep it at the cold water level it would eventually make a loud annoying sound so you would have to turn it up to hot water.

5. The most annoying thing about this hotel was its relative inaccessibility and the strange layout of the street it is on (I think it was Franklin Boulevard?) According to the directions we had after inputting our address on the hotel's website, the hotel should have been on our left-hand side, but it was actually on our right-hand side, By the time we saw the hotel, there was no way we could get to it from the middle of the boulevard, and it took us practically 10 minutes to figure out how to navigate the roads and get back to the turnoff for the hotel.
