1. Let me tell you, the service at this location is non-existent, no room service, no valet or parking service, no respect from the staff at the hotel and when I addressed my issues with the hotel manager, she didn't want to speak to me face-to-face unless security was present.

8. Who charges for these things anymore? Lest anyone think cell phone and internet service are petty issues, well you don't have children, don't need to coordinate with others or just plain aren't on this planet.

10. Downtown is just a 10 minute cab ride (non-rush hour) away, our only issue being a terrible cab which stalled every time we came to a stop sign.
