1. The girl at the front desk did not know what she was doing and needed 'some' help from the manager who in plain and borderline disturbing manner denied all of our requests regarding HiltonHonors perks and privileges (HH Gold guest turned into HH Diamond guest with this stay).

2. This followed a knock on the door for turndown service even though I had the do not disturb sign on, it would seem zzzzzz on the door card must mean something else in Spanish.
