1. My room was spacious, but the bathroom was tiny and it was hard to get enough cold water in the shower (the opposite of what usually happens.

3. The only place that I could see improvement would be the breakfast spread-- it was all starchy and sugary things, aside from hard-boiled eggs.

6. The elevator required maintenance (door couldn't decide if it wanted to close or stay open); both of the rooms badly needed renovation (out-of-date, old bathrooms, pathetic air conditioning on a warm, humid night, uncomfortable beds and rock-hard pillows); the 'included' continental breakfast was so bad that we went elsewhere (we have had much better 'included' breakfasts for half the room rate at Hampton Inns).
"Far from the standard described on the web site; you'd be better off at Motel 6. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/13/2010 Vote
7. I came downstairs to find pallid little tubs of butter, cream-cheese, and oversweet preserves; slightly larger ditto of yogurt and tinned fruit; breads that had not come from a good baker's; cold hard-cooked eggs in the shell; watery juices; and the usual unhappy American weak coffee.

9. Checkin was so great, they let us check in really early, which I know is hard to do, since I work at a hotel.

10. Although we were facing a street intersection, the neighborhood and traffic outside were hardly noticeable.
