1. After a few complaint calls to the front desk someone came up to explain that the AC was turned off for the winter, and opffered us fans.

2. The rooms are a bit small but that is the only complaint, incredibly clean, great beds and bathrooms and there is a great free breakfast, fresh fruit, pastries, waffles, etc.
