4. unfortunately, the 'cool' bathroom was a disappointment as the shower drain was clogged which caused me to either stand in a three inch pool of backed up shower water (yuk) or straddle the shower stall at an awkward angle to stay out of the large puzzle.

5. They were all there attending a hip-hop party in the lobby where I unfortunately had to listen to the pounding bass well after midnight - this in my room on the 4th floor so I can't imagine how the rest of the guests felt as well.

6. We arrived late at the hotel, which was unfortunate, because I didn't get to explore some of the amenities.

7. unfortunately, the hotel shares a shuttle with two other hotels and only runs twice an hour, so on the way to the hotel from the airport, the shuttle was packed full of people and some people at the last stop at the airport were turned away and had to wait for the next shuttle.
