5. Apparently they have had serious problems with guests using rooms as private party areas for kids; the hotel makes you sign a form stating you will not bring various party supplies into your room; no balloons, sterno cooking supplies, sheet cakes, sleeping bags, etc.

9. Bad atmosphere, very bad service (why do companies spend millions building hotels and then have one person at the reception desk handling check ins, questions, problems, etc.

10. The only problem is that the staff was so reduced on front desk that sometimes there was a not so kind line to have a brief infomation, but the guys try to do their best.
