4. Unfortunately, the 'cool' bathroom was a disappointment as the shower drain was clogged which caused me to either stand in a three inch pool of backed up shower water (yuk) or straddle the shower stall at an awkward angle to stay out of the large puzzle.

6. Since Starwood aka Sheraton Hotel franchise, seems to pride themselves in a comfortable sleep and my husband and I have stayed at Sheratons in the past and raved about the comfort of the beds, I was shocked and disappointed.
