1. If I had any complaints it would be that the blinds were not 'black out' blinds and the room got light a little early for me and there is no 'off' for the heating/cooling system.

2. My only minor complaint is that the curtains didn't completely cover the window, so there was a crack of light that peaked through, but I slept like a log and was never bothered by airplanes or the light much.

7. I had only two minor complaints: 1) the fridge in the room was a little small, but no big deal; 2) there was a stain on the carpet near the bed.

8. My only complaint was that it took about five minutes of standing in the lobby before anyone that got off the shuttle with us was checked in, even though there were three desk attendants who were aware of the line that had formed.
