4. unfortunately, there`s a ton of construction (both building & road) going on in that area right now, so access to the hotel & parking is a challenge.

7. unfortunately, these days, not everyone adheres to the same level of cleanliness, so it was a pleasant surprise to be surprised regarding the decor, etc.
