1. The heat seemed to work fine this time but our only problem was that it was 3am in the morning.

I stayed four nights on the Plaza Club Level and was first assigned room 1125 which later developed an air-conditioning problem -- Philadelphia was experiencing extreme heat -- 103 degrees with high humidity during my visit No one at the desk was able to help as the club level was completely full.
