1. It is unusual for me to be unable to thjink of even one negative.

2. On the negative side was the valet parking ($30/night an really slow) I talked to the manager twice about it and when left they gave us a partial credit and even gave us access to the 11th floor lounge where they have some snacks at certain hours.

7. The biggest negative would be the noise from the vents outside, really quite noisy although they did stop after 22:30 or thereabouts.

Here were the negatives about the room: the windows had major drafts, the wallpaper was peeling at the seams, there was obviously some sort of patch work done on the ceiling above the airconditioning/heating unit because the plaster was in the vents and the ceiling had been repainted a different color.

10. Sure, maybe there were a few redeeming qualities, the only thing that comes to mind right now is the location, but any redeeming qualities this hotel may have were completely negated by my negative experience.
