1. I stay in a lot of moderately priced business hotels (LaQuinta, Fairfield, Courtyard, etc) and have never seen this many issues in a room at a much lower price point.

2. Several minor maintenance issues (bathroom) should not have existed -- towel rack and toilet paper holder both fell off, shelf over toilet crooked and loose, afraid to use it in case it decided to fall down too.

3. However the guest services rep switched the reservation with no issue at all, and eased my embarrassment with such a grace; it was so appreciated.

9. The door on the bathroom didn't click shut so occasionally we were surprised by the door getting flung open by our curious daughter, but normally this wouldn't be an issue.
