On the plus side, the staff are friendly and very helpful, and breakfast is plentiful and varied (self-service), but
avoid
the waffle-maker - it sticks.

We might go back to sample the restaurant's wine selection, but would

eating there in the future.

If you`re a light sleeper, you might want to ask for the top floor to
avoid
this problem.

We`d stay there again to
avoid
those `chains` Hitlon-Marriott etc as it is all a family there and Reception gets to know you on sight.

its the perfect place to stay if going to an event at the tweeter centre (small tip - make sure you get to the boat early on event days to
avoid
a big que)There is also lots of eating places accross the road and a lovely pizza place (forget its name)Staff friendlyness could be a bit better but you cant have everything.
