1. A problem, however, is that the only parking is Valet parking ($38/night, with in/outt privileges, but it takes about 20 min to get the car) or an indoor garage about a block away ($35 for 24 hrs with no in/out priveledges).

7. When I checked in over the weekend, the front desk clerk acknowledged that I had stayed there recently, I asked if she had a nice room for me to which she replied 'Yes - we've got you on the 2nd floor that way you don't have to worry about our elevator problems.

10. The only problems we have noticed on our stay was that the lobby's bathroom were not so clean and there are no in room safe.
