1. Our room had shabby bedding, a bathroom with broken fixtures, a broken ironing board and I could hear much of what was happening in the room next to me.

5. 1st night gave us wrong room, small beds, had to tip bellboy for bags, cot, replacement of broken hairdryer, extra blanket, etc, had to tip valet even though valet tip is included in nightly rate.
