9. - Good location next to city hall, one block form the LOVE monument- 20 minute walk to Independence Hall- Friendly staff- Large corner room with windows on 2 sides- This is a downtown hotel, so you need to expect downtown noises- Only negative was a slight hissing sound in the AC during the day, but did not happen at night- Elevators were slow, but hey, it's an old building.
