1. Also, the Starbucks cart at the restaurant is run by hotel employees, it appears, so when the restaurant is busy, it's difficult to get service.

5. It's in a great location (a block away from major transit, 9 blocks from historical center, across the street from city hall) although VERY difficult to find because another Marriott is right behind it.

6. (and i'm very difficult to please) This is no ordinary Marriott Courtyard.

7. The wallpaper was pocked with spackle, the mirrors rimmed with flaking painted frames, and the layout of the bathroom was beyond inconvenient, especially for two people trying to get ready for a convention at the same time; it was difficult to fit in there by yourself, never mind trying to dry your hair whist your partner brushes his teeth.
"Stay at the 'Other Marriott' " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/23/2009 Vote
8. 00 a day, but finding good parking can be difficult.

9. We found the parking garage at 1201 Filbert Street (take right onto Filbert just after the hotel entrance) which worked better for us, as we had to leave our bags in the car and walk to lunch with friends after checkout, which would have been difficult with the valet service.
"Historic hotel, wonderful location! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/14/2008 Vote
10. However, the location also makes it difficult to maneuver to the hotel entrance.
