1. We were concerned that there would be noise from street traffic but it was not a problem, especially with the heating/air conditioning unit running.

The wireless internet was 'terrible' since it worked just fine in the morning but in the evenings and night it kept disconnecting and was consistently working slow,when we called up the front desk to inquire about this issue the guy said that this problem has been going on for 2yrs now and there's nothing he can help to fix it.

3. I could see that this might be a problem on the weekend (I stayed mid-week), since the neighborhood is one of the most fabulous, fun places to go out in the city.
