2. Philly doesn't seem that loud, anyway, so even lower down I'm sure we would have slept fine.

3. While it has only a full size bed they charge more for it than for a queen room(which is not only unethical but possibly illegal, it would be in NY where we are from)This room is tiny, loud, dirty and the bathroom is downright shocking.

4. Bars/restaurants are nearby with some loudness in the late evening after the bars close.

5. As mentioned before you do get noise from the street outside - unfortunately this consists of loud talking from across the road from ladies of the night.
