1. We wanted to like this Inn but felt taken advantage of and then further mocked when we politely suggested they inform clients of the style of this room we were forced to leave with a bad taste in our mouths and profound surprise at the shocking lack of any sort of customer service.

3. This is a one-of-a-kind hotel, not a cookie cutter chain, so young children (like my 8-year-old daughter) might not like the smallish rooms, lack of pool, etc.

8. When asked for some kind of compensation for the lack of elevator services for such a long period of time, we were told 'its out of our control,' and some of the front desk help were rude and not helpful at all.

9. Moms-and-pops doesn`t mean that anything lacks in quality, it just means that it is sometimes clear that the owners are not dripping in money and so there are signs of 'economical' rather than 'opulent' solutions to hotel issues.
