4. The person in this restaurant at breakfast time was very rude, you had to queue to take the food before they could enter the restaurant if only to drink coffee, but it really was very very rude, and uncomfortable with this at all guests, we decided we better not go to breakfast.

5. Towels were a little rough and extra blanket for pullout bed was torn and son said the pullout was not the most comfortable, it wasn't uncomfortable, but not as nice as the bedroom.
