2. We got to our room and unfortunately we were given a beaten up room on the 4th floor that smelled like sewer, walls were dirty, and just did not look like the pics on the internet.

3. It was a bit dirty, the machines were run down (two dryers were out of order) and having to buy the laundry soap down the hall in the gift shop was a pain (I brought my own).
