1. We had a small problem with our room and the desk staff handled it quite efficiently and we were pleased in their offer.

7. The only problem is that if you are going there to visit the Disney or Universal theme parks, you need to rent a car because they have very limited bus service to the parks.

8. The only problem we had was that the air blowing into the living room was accurate with the thermostat setting but the air coming into the bedroom felt much colder.

9. My boyfriend and I had stayed here last year and we encountered some minor problems but we decided to give the hotel another chance and we are truly glad we did.

10. Another great advantage is a very large seating area - we never had a problem finding a table, even with 2 high school bands staying there :) The staff was always nice and courteous.
