1. I guess $100 isn't bad for a tattered smelly room in some markets (NYC), but here with all the competition, I was very surprised.

3. The walk to the Pool takes you down some dumpy and smelly service stairs and once finding the pool (Why won't they just tell you from the beginning you can get there through the lobby.
