2. negatives:- No convenience store (not even pantry near front desk)- No acknowledgement of GoldVIP status, no snack, no water as I usually get at Hampton Inn- No laundry- Very weak wireless internet signal- No in-room safe- Mildewy bathroom- Vending machine from the 1950s- Weak lighting in rear parking lot- Persistent housekeeper who kept knocking on my door my last morning just prior to check out time, even with the DND sign on the door.

3. The only negatives we had was that water had leaked in the closet from the shower in our room, it wasn't a big deal and it wasn't a lot of water, and the minute we told the concierge about it they had maintenance look at it.

7. only negative about the room was the cleaning fluid/ chlorine like smell which hit when you opened the room door but was not offensive when you were inside.
