4. If I was really being picky I would fault the condition of the complimentary bus to Disney- it really had seen better days, you had to make up your own seats, but as it was free perhaps I shouldnt complain too much.

8. I notice another guest complained about the shuttle service from Hampton and I also noticed that the management frequently responds to guest comments on tripadvisor so I'm sure they'll be reading this review.
