3. My only 'complaint' is this hotel does seem to cater to bus tour groups on occasion causing the breakfast area to be overrun with young people some mornings.

9. I have give a complaint about the shuttle service at the hotel, There said that the shuttle service is a partner and not related to them, i response that there should change partner if it doesn't answer the needed .
