1. The staff couldn't cope with the hotel being busy so items were not restocked, and what sent me over the edge was the lack of individual yogurt containers.

2. Stayed at the Hampton Inn, Buena Vista, for 6 nights over New Year and although full over the New Year holiday, the staff coped well and it made a comfy base where you could explore the various attractions.
