1. The room was too small for a family of 4 (kids 9 and 10) and the beds just tiny.

2. The doubles are TINY, both my husband and I woke up w/ stiff necks and backs (for the next 3 days), poor sound proofing, A/C could not regulate temperature right, the room will go from super cold to super warm.

3. 30am with a wake up call which was not for out room the bathroom is tiny and the hand basin is in your bedroom for washing hands , all in all it was an awful experience breakfast was disgusting its just a load of food left out drieded and over cooked .

4. We were put on the 15th floor of the hotel and the room was tiny 2 with 2 so called double beds which to me where more like 1 , you can hear everything thought the walls and people running up and down and shouting in the corridors all hours of the night , phone keep ringing at 4am -4.

5. We spent the entire day out and when we returned at 9pm, I decided to strip the bed and sure enough we found one on the mattress pad and tiny dirt specks.
