1. There was mold in the bath tub (yuck), the iron plate was scratched so badly it was peeling off, and the ironing board was so stained I covered it with a towel.

5. There were bugs crawling around, mold all over the shower and walls, as well as blood stains on the carpet and tile, holes in the celing and walls and they tried to cover them up with signs.
