1. I have seen comments on here from management stating that the $13 fee is in keeping with other hotels in the area, but it seems exorbitant based on the inconvenient location.

3. There was no free shuttle service to Disney though but this was not too inconvenient as the hotel is ideally located for buses to both Universal (about 20 mins followed by a 10 min walk) & to Disney (about 35-40 mins).

6. The desk in my standard room was too high for comfortable typing, and the insufficient electrical outlets were inconvenient -- I had to crawl under the desk every time I needed to plug or unplug.
