1. They both complained of a slow response time from security to get back in.

Okay to on to complaints, well our first one is that on the friday we was awoken to loud shouting at 3:30am by a family of 5 that was just getting into the next door suite, i did however ring the reception to complain and the security did talk to the family and it became quite, so please take note that the rosen allows check ins in the early hours.

7. We received this hotel from Priceline for a very cheap rate (<50), so there isn't much room to complain, but there were some things that were slightly bothersome.

8. There seem to be many people who complain about the 'long' walk from the parking garage to the front desk/elevators however the walk isn't too long.

9. The only complain we would have was the breakfast resturant the staff we found were unfriendly and sometimes rude so after 4 breakfasts we got the trolley bus to a Ponderosa or a Sizzlers apart from that I wouldn't think twice about going back we all had a great holiday.
