1. I stayed in this hotel and had a terrible experience with the front desk staff,(Jessica front desk) was rude mean and never made us feel welcome.

2. The service was terrible, the rooms filthy and if I had wanted to stay somewhere and pay extra for parking, extra for breakfast, pay $7 for one load of washing, have rude staff then this is the place I would have booked.

7. I'm not complaining per se since no one was actually 'rude' or even unhelpful but the property definitely didn't have a service-oriented atmosphere.
