1. To say there are four people (including two children) in the room, the amount of storage space is somewhat lacking unless you bring plenty of coathangers for the wardrobe.

2. The room we had was comfortable - facing out over the pool area, lack of opening windows and no balcony means you can't really sit outside on an evening and enjoy the air.

4. What hotel lacks in finesse and extras is overcome by convenience to 'I ride' local restaurants and shops easy walk ( as long as not too hot) to Universal.

5. Beware when staying at this hotel they were not small bugs and obviously they had an infestation, because of the hotels lack of contact with me I would not doubt they are still infested.

6. By this I mean, because this hotel is a conference type hotel, the pool area while nice for adults may be lacking for children (no slides etc).

10. However, the lack of service when asking for standard items, and the fact that the manager on duty seemed to think that such service was acceptable makes me reluctant to recommend this hotel to others.
