1. One downside that keeps me from giving the 'excellent' rating: they tried to charge me for the Internet access (free for Diamond members), so that means they don't review carefully the folios before issuing them.

4. Only downside was 1) when we arrived to our room it looked clean but there were two toys under the chair.
