6. This is probably the worst hotel experience I have had, between the incompetent front desk, the room failling apart and things not working, and the next to none maid service I can honestly say that I would not stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend anyone else staying there.

10. everything was nice, plush and deluxe (including the sofa bed) HOWEVER the king bed was broken down on my side and it gave me the worst sciatica backache I had ever had in my life.
