9. the room was large (which is the ONLY good point of this place) and we can see how this would be a great benefit to families, however, it was filthy: the kitchen area was dirty, there were crumbs on the floor, the bath had a film from whoever had last bathed there, hair on the floor in the bathroom, air con was noisy and not working (which they did get a guy to fix, however he said nothing can be done about the noise of the air con because it is such an old system.
