1. Woman at front desk quite unfriendly and rude on arrival - not really what you are expecting when you are arriving to visit 'The Happiest Place on Earth'.

9. I would definitely stay at this hotel if I had a car, or other mode of transportation, but would avoid it if I had to rely solely on the buses - I complained to the bell hop and he said he hears these comments all the time - so the Hotel started its own transportation system, but I did not find out how much it cost - oh, and watch out of the pushy guy trying to sell vacation plans to Hilton Honors members - the lady was nice and not pushy and even showed me a statement of their policy not to push, but this guy was so pushy and bordered on rude with his comments when we declined - Hilton Honors - this guy is not a good representation for you - he is right next to the conscierge desk - Which by the way the person at this desk explained everything in detail regarding tickets and provided everything we needed ticket wise -and we bought our tickets there - and don`t fall for the never expiring tickets- we did not buy them as they can be purchased on your last day for the same price if you need them not to expire, but chances are good that you will use everything you purchase - the park hopper we did purchase, but was also an un needed expense as we never did hop from one park to another - in order to hop - you have to take a Disney bus or monorail to a hotel and then catch another bus to the park - the exception here is to take the monorail from Epcot to the Magic Kingdom.

10. However, the bus system used by all of these hotels is awful - we had to stand on every trip packed in so very close to each other- and sometimes, when the bus was so full of people, the driver would not leave - but waited up to 20 minutes in one location with everyone standing - and the A/c was always hot - and some of the drivers were rude to people - some of the buses were running over an hour late - so after doing this 2-4 times we began to walk to Downtown Disney and take the Disney buses - you have to grab one to a hotel and then switch to a bus going to the park you want - but the drivers are friendly and courteous, plus the A/C works great on all Disney buses, and they are never crowded - or they will take you to the Monorail Station and then go to the park - you can also take a boat launch from Downtown Disney to Key West or Sarrasota Springs and grab a bus from there - we tried a variety of ways and saw several other Disney hotels in the process.
