7. The hotel upgraded me to a suite, the rooms were very nice and colorfully decorated, the staff is great, i had to transfer photos from my camera to a hard drive, the front desk let me use their office computer which i thought was very considerate of them.

8. Only drawbacks were only one of the two elevators were working (closed for remodeling) which made it hard when 20 people were checking in with all their luggage and you had to wait, but the rest of the time it went quickly.

9. They are both in the same place so its hard to pass up those omlettes made to order when you know you are going to spend a long day at Magic Kingdom.

10. how hard would it be to create two separate counters??worst part about it for me was that I actually called and tried to voice my concerns the first night and morning but the staff was unreceptive to my feedback.
