1. We unfortunately had pretty noisy upstairs neighbors the 1st couple of nights who apparently decided to play musical chairs and run relay races at 2AM.

I would, under normal circumstances, probably have given this an excellent review, but, we booked the condo direct with the UK owner rather than the resort itself and were unfortunate to find ourselves caught up in the midst of a dispute between the owner and the resort over the fee for the use of the pool and fitness studio.

However, I went for the 3rd most basic cleaning option (clean towels and empty bins) everyday, however I found halfway through our stay the floor was getting a bit messy and the sheets needed changing, unfortunately the apartment didn't have a hoover or even a broom and no clean sheets, so I ended up having to pay $39 for a full clean.

6. We stayed at this resort during a cold spell in Florida so unfortunately we didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool very much.
