2. I was burned once before booking on the internet (the hotel looked fantastic in the pictures - but the rooms were disgusting and dirty and service terrible) - which is why I relied heavily on other reviewers this time around and why I am posting my own review (really never do this).

3. There was also a screened balcony with sliding doors off the livingroom that displayed a lovely view of the disgusting swamp in the back of the resort.
