1. When I spoke to the front desk about the terrible rip off - the girl raised her hand and said the hotel is not responsible for the delivery service (which I was not holding them responsible) they do not sponsor any delivery services in the area.

2. I was burned once before booking on the internet (the hotel looked fantastic in the pictures - but the rooms were disgusting and dirty and service terrible) - which is why I relied heavily on other reviewers this time around and why I am posting my own review (really never do this).
