1. Loved the pool area and Tiki Bar but the only reason I can't rate it at 5 is because the pool was pretty dirty most days.

3. I was burned once before booking on the internet (the hotel looked fantastic in the pictures - but the rooms were disgusting and dirty and service terrible) - which is why I relied heavily on other reviewers this time around and why I am posting my own review (really never do this).

9. 00 a day plus tax to pick up your dirty towels and bring you fresh ones, otherwise you have to wash them yourself (each suite has a washer/dryer combo).
