1. he said that there was a communication breakdown from front office to F&B and he was taking care off this FALSE PROMISE and a terrible food plus terriberly dishonest rest manager after three days we see a charge on our creditcard this is unacceptable people like him will destroy honest faith for Hyatt .

2. I explained to the front desk person that with four people it was unacceptable, that I was told that a double had been reserved and I could not understand why/how this happened.
