4. There was a line of about 5 people waiting to use it when we tried, and while the concierge (whose 'office' is the next table over from the makeshift business center) tried to print for us, her computer was too slow to even get to our airline's website.

Firstly the positives:Hotel is literally located in the airport so easy and rapid access to all areas of the airportRoom was beautiful - king bed, plenty of pillows and cushions, lcd tvfree wifi - very slow though, think it was the airports wifi and not the hotelspleasant and efficient staff - wake up call right on time, easy check in/out and aircon controls on wall as well as a ceiling fan.
