1. The only downside is that some rooms might be noisy due to a restaurant / bar / staff only rooms.

4. downside is that there is no dedicated wifi for the hotel lobby (you can't get wifi in the rooms, only wired internet access which you must pay around $10 for, to use for 24 hours).

5. The only negative I experienced is that the doors and walls are very thin and that is a definate downside to a property where people are checking in and out at all hours of the night.
