1. Due to some travel issues, our family stayed one night here prior to our 10 day stay on the DisneyWorld properties.

4. Really the only negative about the hotel is a noise issue.

5. As I am a light sleeper, the only problem was the loud clicking noise when the a/c came on, but I always travel with earplugs, so that really was not an issue.

7. My only issue was after requesting a later checkout I had room service knocking at my door at 10AM, which doesn't make sense since normal checkout is at 12PM.

9. It may be unfathomable to believe that an issue could result in a score of 1 out of 5, but when there is no hot water to take a shower on not only 1 but 4 seperate occasions on 3 consecutive days (after reporting to management the first day).
